1. Observe the poles, the polarity of things and events, passively. Do not rush to take sides, seek to remain indifferent to capture a complete lense of the given moment unfolding. This allows detachment to take place; this allows for the mind to observe situations objectively rather than subjectively, which can bring you to flawed conclusions. The pursuit of truth is always the ultimate goal.
2. Take into account that the spectrum from which your thoughts are vibrating on, whether positive or negative, attract people, things and events (anything that revolves around or emits energy) that mirror those exact thought vibrations.
3. A balanced mind requires being Open & Understanding that all there is to know lies outside of personal perceptions (which can muddy the pure waters of truth, objective truth, as they are flawed and riddled with biases), that the final conclusion cannot be found only in your understanding and personal perception of reality, but in the perception which is beyond you and the attachments you’ve clinged to to meet your own conclusion of it.
4. Your thoughts and emotions shape reality, your own individual reality, and not the whole of the entire reality of all.
5. You must use every day as an opportunity to discover, learn, do, or create something new. There is no time for dwelling in the land of change, as the forces of time ever work against you, and hardly in your favor.
6. You have at least two selves. The seen-self, the one you know and see (the character who you are every day), and the unseen-self, the shadow self whom you don’t know or see (the one that seems to contrive against you). This is the part of you that hides in the shadows with all your flaws and unobserved qualities. Both of these parts of you must be revealed from the darkness throughout your lifetime, brought out into the light, and altered, corrected, and/or purified to meet better standards of self, so that you become in control of yourself, and not be controlled by another part or aspect of yourself.
7. Think highly and pure thoughts and the world will unfold the mirror of your mind outside like flowers blooming in the spring; Think lowly and impure thoughts and the world will unfold the mirror of your mind outside like wilted flowers in the winter.
8. Be grateful for every single moment, every new day that you wake up, every breath you take, all the moments you get to spend with the people you love who could be gone in an instant, all the places you got to visit or experience as they will not be the same in years to come; Be grateful for all the memories you’ve had the pleasure of experiencing that shaped you into who you are today, for the discoveries you’ve made along the way, all the lessons, the pains, the pleasures, the joy, the challenging moments, the humor of it all; Be grateful for everything, for your lifetime is only but a fleeting moment in history. Be grateful for your story in the Book of Life.
9. Be careful of the music you listen to and the books or articles you read, for they have the power of shaping or RE-shaping your reality into a dark one, if you let it. Be mindful of music that speaks of victimhood, for then you enter the trance of victimhood. Be mindful of words that lead you astray from the pursuit of truth, for there are many a types of tricksters who know how to use words to entice or lure people into their web of confusion and darkness.
10. You are not alone. You may walk your path alone, and many people may come and go on your journey, many moments may strike you in your gut, but regardless of what changes occur, God is always with you. Trust God, for while God blessed you with the free will to discover who and how to be, and even whether you believe in Him, it is man who comes along and tries to control you and change you, to mold you into his Own creation. Trust God, for He has blessed you with living, with experiencing. Don’t choose to be a victim of yourself, or the world, if you can help it.
